This add-on may help reduce the risk of lost, stolen, or unattended packages by requiring someone at the delivery location to sign for the package when the carrier attempts delivery.
Signature Required does not guarantee a successful delivery, refund, or replacement. Delivery attempts, signature collection, redelivery options, missed deliveries, pickup notices, and final delivery decisions are handled by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and making sure someone is available to sign for the package. If no one is available, the carrier may attempt redelivery, hold the package for pickup, return the package, or follow their own delivery procedures.
This add-on must be purchased at checkout and cannot be added after the order has shipped.
